2:00–5:00 PM – Wine Tasting in Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Begin your journey with an exclusive tasting in the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, discovering the rich, full-bodied wines of southern Rhône.

2. Thursday – Roman Heritage & Farewell Dinner
9:00 AM–12:00 PM – Orange & its Roman Treasures. Discover the magnificent Antique Theatre of Orange and shop at the local market for the evening’s ingredients.
4:00 PM – I’ll help you prepare a typical Provençal meal to enjoy on your last night at Justin de Provence.

3. Friday – Departure
