The website travelinprovence.net presents the private tours guided by Sophie Bergeron and lets you get in touch to plan one. By browsing it you accept these terms. The full identity of the editor and of the host is given in the Legal Notice.

2. Enquiries and bookings

This site takes no booking and no payment. You get in touch by e-mail or by phone; a tour is booked only once Sophie has confirmed it, with its date, content and price. The conditions of a tour — price, meeting point, cancellation, what is included — are those agreed at that confirmation. The prices shown on this site are indicative until then.

3. Access to the site

The site is free to browse, at any time, from any connected device. Access may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of a hosting failure, without this giving rise to any compensation.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, logos and graphics on this site belong to Travel In Provence or to their rights holders. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

5. Personal data

How your data is processed when you get in touch, the audience measurement and the cookies used are described in the Privacy Policy. Audience measurement and embedded videos only start after your consent.

6. Liability

The editor strives to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date; it has no contractual value. The site may contain links to third-party websites, whose content does not commit the editor.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first by writing to info@travelinprovence.net; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
